Ethereals would be fun but the Satyr would make sense

I think Ethereals would be fun, but I think the Satyr would make sense. Yeah you'd need lore, but not too hard I'd think. I could see them doing the Pandaren "choose a faction" as a small contingent rather than needing to worry about an entire race.

Ogre's are a possibility, but frankly I would get so tired of the voices and I really don't think another big race for the horde would make sense.

Naga would be fun, and I don't think I'd particularly care if they didn't show boots. pants could just look like a skirt type deal. Not like WoW boots don't look like nothing anyway.Dont care about new playable races that much, just hope for an update of existing models. They are so out dated its sad. San Diego Comic Con 2013 Blizzard Licensing Panel now online

Wondering what was talked about at the SDCC 2013 Blizzard Licensing panel? The fine folks over at Blizzplanet have released a video recording of the entire panel from start to finish. Included in the discussion are new toys, statues, and upcoming books -- including the children's book Snowfight, written by Chris Metzen with illustrations by Wei Wang, that we mentioned last week.

The panel also included a fairly lengthy Q&A session that covered both licensed products and game questions as well. Q&A topics ranged from the future of beloved raid instances like Karazhan to the balance between including major events both in novels and in the game itself, as well as balance between PvP and PvE, among many other topics. There are also some funny moments like the video above, in which Chris Metzen deftly avoids spoiling the debut of the Warcraft movie teaser that was shown later on in another panel at the convention. Be sure to check out Blizzplanet's post for the full set of panel videos.[source]

Patch 5.4 PTR: Raid testing for Friday, July 19

If you're looking for more fun on the PTR, how does some raid testing sound? Two more bosses will be available for raid testing tomorrow morning and afternoon -- the Spoils of Pandaria encounter, and Thok the Bloodthirsty. Please note that Thok may be removed or replaced with another encounter in the event of bugs -- last week, Thok was scheduled to be tested, but removed shortly after the schedule was posted.

Keep in mind that PTR bosses are open for testing purposes, and leave your feedback in the appropriate threads when you're done beating them up! Also keep in mind that these are PTR bosses, so mechanics and the fights themselves may change as the PTR progresses. And if you're worried about finding a group, don't be! It's not at all uncommon to find a group just by sticking around in the chat channels and asking around. And don't worry about your gear, either -- gear is scaled in the raid zones for the purposes of testing. Follow after the break for all the details.

Legendary Shoulder enchants for all casters in world of warcraft

New in 5.4! Legendary Shoulder enchants for all casters!

Embossment of the Wisps
+400 Int
+245 Mastery
You are able to cast while moving. Casting while moving will incur a 20% movement speed reduction for 8 seconds. This effect stacks up to 3 times.

The legendary quest line could have you collect 50x [Garrosh's used Tissues] which will have a 5% drop rate on the final boss of SoO.

Comparing the utilization of multiple specs between a pure dps class vs. a hybrid class isn't exactly a fair match-up, but the switch from ele to enh would be the comparison for argument's sake, not resto. The switch in that case is fairly drastic though (without even mentioning the added gearing requirement) with the change from ranged to melee (melee-ish i guess) and I wouldn't expect a wow gold player to make that switch unless they were confident with it.

Switching from one ranged spec to another ranged spec that has an advantage over the other for a certain encounter makes sense and is the benefit we get of being a pure dps class, not the burden imo. I stopped raiding as Ret simply because of how stagnant and boring that playstyle was to me with no other option available for DPSing. To some of my guildies it's the most fun they ever have playing wow, raiding as ret. So like I said, to each his own. I get bored with a spec after a few weeks to a month so I switch as often as possible to keep things interesting and the idea that different encounters be tailored to different playstyles plays right up my alley. If you want to play one spec from now until the end of the world...of warcraft (south park ftw.) more power to ya.

All this being said I don't want to sound like a white knight for KJC nerfs. I think there is a better solution. I'm on board with revamping our lvl 90 talent tier though. The idea of trying to get warlocks to choose a talent other than KJC by nerfing it like that doesn't solve the problem. It makes all the locks end up playing Demo to compensate which is a worse trade-off.

Pre-nerf: All locks take KJC, but all three specs are represented fairly evenly throughout a tier.
Post-nerf: All locks still probably take the post-nerf KJC, but only Demo is represented throughout a tier except for niche, patchwerk style fights.

Of those two, the first seems to me like the better place to be from a design standpoint. Still not ideal, but that's due to the underwhelming alternatives in that lv 90 tier. [source]

How does one about purifying themselves in World of Warcraft

Every Pkpkg player started with 75 Corruption and this appears as an energy bar toward the bottom of your screen. The more stacks of Corruption we get, the less damage we put onto the Amalgam. When we have 0 Corruption, we become completely Purified. It's divided into 4 sections. You'll gain Corruption in chunks of 25.

One key ability that the Amalgam has is called Blind Hatred. Those of you that fought Halion back in Ruby Sanctum might be familiar with those. The Amalgam emits a beam and will rotate either clockwise or counterclockwise. Anyone caught by is takes 400000 Shadow damage per second. So don't get caught!
Players can interact with the Purifying Light (below screenshot) spawns around the room to look within. When we look within, we enter our own phase and tackle a role-specific task. Each role gets it's own set of tasks that they need to do in order to completely cleanse the Corruption from their system. Once the player is purified, they get a bonus (for example, healers receive a 30% healing increase to their output while DPS players will be able to deal full damage to the Amalgam similar in concept to Primordius).[source]
